For year 1, the worker must upload the original qualification certificate for competency Site.Course.RTIO (WA) Extinguisher Use; 30803771 or Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment (CPPFES2005), supplied by Registered Training Organisation by choosing the Upload Documentation option.

On Expiry, the worker must Select Training and complete the online refresher course.

First and last name must match applicant's name in Onsite.
Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as:
"Chris" instead of "Christopher"
"Wil" instead of "William"

Shortened versions of last names are accepted, such as:
"Herrera" instead of "Herrera Trujillo"
"Mohd" instead of "Raza Hasan Mohd"

The following evidence can be accepted:

• • Scodle competency report
  • Certificate of Completion
  • SAP Extract
  • Aveling Confirmation of Attendance for Fire Training can also be accepted

• Matching competency name, with or without code (if with checkbox, this should be completed)
• Must be current
• Must be clear and legible
