- Evidence must state Pest Control Qualified Technician
- Must be issued by Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Black and white or colour is acceptable

- Expiry: 2 years from the issue date on the evidence unless only a 1 year card/ticket, then yearly

- Evidence must state completion of Industrial Radiation Safety
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
| - Issue date to be recorded
- Expiry: 2 years from the issue date on the evidence unless only a 1 year card/ticket, then yearly

| Dangerous Goods Licence (this is used for petro/fuel/gas drivers etc BOC) | - Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)
- Evidence must state Dangerous Goods Licence
- Must be issued by Relevant Government Authority
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
