Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Passport

  • Applicant name on ID must match the name in the system
  • Must be current / valid
  • Uploaded document must show Page with applicants name, photo, DOB etc
  • Colour scan required
  • Issue Date = As per ID
  • Expiry Date = As per ID

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Proof of Age Card

  • Applicant name on ID must match the name in the system
  • Must be current / valid
  • Uploaded document must clearly show applicants name, photo, DOB
  • Colour scan required
  • Issue Date = As per ID
  • Expiry Date = As per ID (if shown)

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Proof of ID
  • Name on the ID to match the person registered
  • Must be a Government issued document e.g. Drivers Licence, Passport, Proof of age card displaying Applicants Name, DOB & Photo
  • Must be current
  • Front of licence or 18+ card to be uploaded
  • Only colour acceptable
  • Must be legible
  • No issue or expiry dates required

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.VISA Requirements

  • Applicant name on paperwork must match the name in the system
  • Must be current / valid
  • Document Evidence should show currency / validity of working VISA
  • Colour scan required

  • Mandatory if not identified as permanent resident or citizen

  • Issue Date = As per ID
  • Expiry Date = As per Document (if shown)
