- Can be either the Statement of Attainment Certificate OR the STD 11 Card (Green Card or 'issued on achievement of competence in:')
- All 6 of the following units must be listed:
- RIICOM201, RIIGOV201, RIIOHS201 (now replaced by RIIWHS201), RIIRIS201, RIIERR205 and RIIERR302
- Black and white or colour acceptable
| - Issue Date: as per the issue date identified on the Statement of Attainment or the ID card
- Expiry Date: five (5) years after the issue date identified

- Can be either Certificate of completion (as per the example doc) OR the STD 11 Card (Red Card, Partial Completion or 'issued on partial completion of:')
- All 6 of the following units must be listed: RIICOM201, RIIGOV201, RIIOHS201 (now replaced by RIIWHS201), RIIRIS201, RIIERR205 and RIIERR302
- Black and white or colour acceptable
| - Issue Date: as per the issue date identified on the Statement of Attainment or the Partial ID card
- Expiry Date: six (6) months after the issue date identified
