  • Recognised Training Institution name to be displayed on document
  • Actual copy of certificate / degree is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.
  • Completion date or issue date must be displayed
  • Course title and associated level to be listed on certificate to match the nominated coding and title within Onsite
  • Document / Certificate / Number

NOTE: Higher level qualifications can be used to satisfy lower level competency requirements EG Masters Degree evidence can be accepted for Bachelor Degree competency

NOTE: If the evidence has been issued outside of Australia, there may be additional checks required to ensure the qualification aligns appropriately to Australian standards. E.G For overseas / internationally issued engineering qualifications to be accepted additional evidence must be supplied to demonstrate either:

  • The documentation has been assessed by a signatory and recognised under the Washington Accord OR;
  • Letter from the Australian Institute of Engineers or Engineers Australia recognizing your qualification
