JAS-ANZ stamp to be present on 4801- If a certificate is supplied that is a combined 4801 and 18001 there will be NO JAS-ANZ stamp present. This is acceptable. ISO 9001 Certificate | - Business Name on Certification to match the organisation registered. If it does not match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.
- Must be certificated ISO 9001:2015/2016.
- Certificate shall be current and display the mark of an internationally recognised accreditation body/system , for example JAS-ANZ, IAS, AIAS, UKAS, UAF, UAS, CNAS, DAkkS, NSC, SCC etc.
- Note: If accreditation mark is not present and the issuing certification body is not accredited by an internationally recognised accreditation body/system, supplier shall attach justification to the certificate and upload for review and consideration against proposed scope of supply.
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Upload all pages of the certificate including list of certified locations and business units
