Temporary process while COVID-19 restrictions are in force: Acceptance of Digital Signatures Acceptance of digital signatures is based on the following criteria: - Digitally signing with a stylus on a tablet; or In the options above, the documents must be 'witnessed' by being digitally counter-signed by a third party in the same manner. The use of cursive or script style fonts are not an acceptable digital PDF signature. Documents submitted with digital signatures must be in PDF file format. Other documents such as Microsoft Word or Excel will be rejected. Fields that aren't mandatory to be complete (which are only shown on the older version form):
