• Dangerous Goods to be listed

Issue Date = As per ID or yesterday's date if it is not listed

Expiry = As per ID

• Applicants name to be shown on certificate
• Applicants name on certificate must match the applicants name in Onsite
• Prescribed industrial waste driver training to be shown as having been complete
• Certificate must be issued by registered training organisation (RTO)
• No Expiry
