• Name on ID must match the name in the system
• Primary photo identification e.g. Drivers licence, Passport, Proof of age card, High Risk Work Licence, Marine License
• Must be current
• Colour or black and white scan is acceptable
• Only requires front of drivers licence, high risk licence and proof of age cards

NOTE: Drivers License Receipt issued by VIC roads is acceptable for a period of 3 months. After three months, workers must load the physical driver’s license into the portal in replacement of the receipt.

• Issue Date - As per ID or yesterday's date if it is not listed on the ID
• Expiry Date - As per ID. If Drivers License Receipt issued by VIC roads is submitted, expiry date will be 3 months from date of payment
