Asbestos Removal (ACT)

  • If Sole Trader:

The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system

  • If Partnership:

The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

  • If Company:

The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system

  • Asbestos Removal Licence ((Class A (friable) or Class B (non friable)) to be listed
  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (Worksafe ACT)
  • Duration to be recorded indicated on licence
  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable
  • Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence
  • Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence
 

Asbestos Removal (NSW)

  • If Sole Trader:

The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system

  • If Partnership:

The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

  • If Company:

The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system

  • Asbestos Removal Licence ((Class A (friable) or Class B (non friable)) to be listed
  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (Safework NSW)
  • Duration to be recorded indicated on licence
  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable
 
  • Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence
  • Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence
 

Asbestos Removal (NT)

  • If Sole Trader:
