- If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.
NOTE: If the applicants name has been entered as a shortened name EG 'Ben' for 'Benjamin' OR there is a typo in either the applicants name or date of birth in the system entry for this application, Pegasus staff will update the name and / or DOB in the system to match what is displayed on the photo ID evidence - Copy must be clear and legible
- Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
- Must be photo ID

- Date of Birth
- Licence Number
- Expiry date
- Matching licence class must be displayed

- Ensure Name and Date of Birth (DOB) entered within Onsite matches details displayed on upload form of photo ID
- No Issue or Expiration dates are to be recorded within Onsite therefore this evidence does not need to be current / valid / in date

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Australian Citizenship | Uploaded document can be a Passport, a Baseline Clearance Email or a Birth Certificate For the Passport: - Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
- Date of Birth must be displayed and match the applicants Date of Birth in Onsite
- Must be issued by relevant Australian or New Zealand state Government Authority
- Country of passport field on passport must state 'AUS' or 'NZ'
- Nationality must state 'Australian' or 'New Zealand'
- Must be current / in date
- Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
For the Baseline Clearance Email: - Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
- Must be issued by email address that includes '@defence.gov.au'
- Email must indicate the Australian Government Baseline security clearance has been granted
- Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
For the Birth Certificate: - Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
- Date of Birth must be displayed and match the applicants Date of Birth in Onsite
- Birth Certificate must be issued by an Australian or New Zealand State Government Authority
- Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
For the Citizenship by Descent: - Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
- Date of Birth must be displayed and match the applicants Date of Birth in Onsite
- Citizenship document must be issued by an Australian or New Zealand State Government Authority
- Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
For the Administration of Oath or Affirmation of Allegiance - Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
- Date of Birth must be displayed and match the applicants Date of Birth in Onsite
- Must be signed by Migration Officer
- Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
