Asbestos Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on licence should match the person registered

  • Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present
  • Must be a state issued licence
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Consulting and/or Professional Services Licence
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Demolition Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on licence paperwork should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the licence paperwork should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence paperwork should match the companies registered name
  • Demolition licence (DE1) OR Restricted demolition licence (DE2) to be listed
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • Must be issued by the relevant Australian Government appointed organisation – International Licence not accepted

Acceptable type/s of evidence:

  • Licence card (both sides) OR
  • Paper 'licence' or permit
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Electrical Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on licence paperwork should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the licence paperwork should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence paperwork should match the companies registered name
  • Electrical Contractor to be listed
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • Back of card only required if it has any relevant information not shown on the front of card 
  • Must be issued by the relevant Australian Government appointed organisation
  • International licence not accepted

NOTE: Evidence of the licence renewal from the relevant state licence lookup and payment receipt. This needs to show:

  • Licence number
  • Name of Company
  • Start and expiry date (needs to show that it is current)

This can be approved for a period of 60 days from the receipt date.

  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

If licence renewal provided, expiry date = 60 days from receipt date


Explosives Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on licence paperwork should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the licence paperwork should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence paperwork should match the companies registered name
  • Shotfirer to be listed
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • Back of card only required if it has any relevant information not shown on the front of card 
  • Must be issued by the relevant Australian Government appointed organisation
  • International licence not accepted
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Fire Protection Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on licence should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
  • Fire protection licence (with relevant class) to be listed
  • Colour copy required
  • Only the front side of the licence is required to be included within the uploaded file
  • Must be issued by the relevant Australian Government appointed organisation
  • International licence not accepted
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Gas Fitting Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on licence should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
  • Gasfitting to be listed
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • Back of card only required if it has any relevant information not shown on the front of card 
  • Must be issued by the relevant Australian Government appointed organisation
  • International licence not accepted

For licences issued in VIC, NT or WA:

  • The licence will be in an individual’s name

NOTE: NT Journeyman Plumbing licences are not acceptable. It must be an Advanced Tradesman Licence

HVAC Licence

  • Must be a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning licence
  • Colour copy required
  • Front and back required
  • Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present
  • Must be a state issued licence
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Pest Control Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on licence should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
  • Pest Control Technician or similar to be listed
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • Only the front copy of the licence is required providing it meets all other verification points
  • Must be issued by the relevant Australian state Government appointed organisation 


ACT

  • Business Registration Licence - Required
  • Individual Technicians Licence - Not required/ Not Issued

NSW, NT, QLD, VIC

  • Business Registration Licence - Not required/ Not Issued
  • Individual Technicians Licence - Can be accepted

SA, WA, TAS

  • Business Registration Licence - Required
  • Individual Technicians Licence - Also Issued

  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • Back of card only required if it has any relevant information not shown on the front of card 
  • Must be issued by the relevant Australian state Government appointed organisation

For licences issued in VIC, NT or WA

  • The licence will be in an individual’s name

NOTE: For NT Journeyman Plumbing licences are not acceptable. It must be an Advanced Tradesman Licence

Radiation Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence paperwork should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the Licence paperwork should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence paperwork should match the companies registered name
  • Radiation Management Licence - Must be a management licence for selling, possessing and/or storing regulated material.
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • Front and back required if actual licence is supplied
  • Must be issued by the relevant state Government appointed organisation
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Radiation User Licence (NSW)
  • A user licence can only be issued to an individual
  • Radiation User Licence is required to operate, have in possession for use, handle or manipulate, or use in the course of manufacture of a radiation source
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • The licence must be current and issued by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) 
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Radiation Management Licence (NSW)
  • A management licence must be issued in the name of a legal entity, that is the name of the company or individual, not a trading name, partnership or a private trust. 
  • Companies must provide an Australian Company Number (ACN) or an Australian Registered Body Name (ARBN) if they are overseas corporations. 
  • Individuals must provide an Australian Business Number (ABN). If the responsible person of the regulated material is an individual person who also uses the apparatus (for example, a sole trader), they must also have a user licence with conditions appropriate to the apparatus in use.

Radiation Use Licence (QLD)
  • A use licence can only be issued to an individual. 
  • Radiation User Licence is required to use a radiation source or to carry out a radiation practice.
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • The licence must be current and issued by the Queensland Department of Health. 
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Radiation Possession Licence (QLD)
  • A Radiation Possession Licence can be issued to an individual or corporation
  • The licencee nominated on the Possession Licence has overall control and ownership of the radiation source.
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • The licence must issued by the Queensland Department of Health
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Radiation Safety and Protection Plan (QLD)
  • A Radiation Safety and Protection Plan (Plan) is required and forms part of the application for a Possession Licence. One cannot have a Possession Licence without a Protection Plan. The Plan details the arrangements put in place to safely manage the radiation in the workplace and remain compliant with the Radiation Safety Act 1999
  • The Plan and the Possession Licence must be in the name of the same entity
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • A Radiation Safety and Health Protection Plan must be approved by the Queensland Department of Health
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on possession licence

Radiation Safety Officer (QLD)
  • An entity conducting work with radiation sources is required to nominate an authorised RSO. The nomination must have the name of the entity making the nomination, the name of the nominated RSO and be authorised by the entity representative.
  • A Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) certificate can be issued to an individual only. 
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • An RSO certificate must be issued by the Queensland Department of Health. 
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on certificate

Security Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on licence should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
  • WA Agent / Company licences are issued in the name of a company individual representative
  • 'Security AGENT' OR 'Security Master' licence to be listed
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  • Only the front copy of the licence is required providing it meets all other verification points if card uploaded 
  • Must be issued by the relevant Australian State Government appointed organisation
  • International licence not accepted
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Transporting Dangerous Goods Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on licence paperwork should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the licence paperwork should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence paperwork should match the companies registered name
  • Can be in colour OR black and white
  • Accepted form of evidence is a state issued Dangerous Goods Vehicle licence:
    • Australian Capital Territory: WorkSafe ACT

    • New South Wales; NSW EPS

    • Northern Territory: NT WorkSafe

    • Queensland: Queensland Transport

    • Victoria: WorkSafe Victoria

    • South Australia: SafeWork SA

    • Tasmania: Workplace Standards Tasmania

    • Western Australia: Department of Mines & Petroleum

    • Road Transport Reform: National Transport Commission

    • Air Transport: Civil Aviation Safety Authority

    • Marine Transport: Australian Maritime Safety Authority

  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence

Waste Removal Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on licence should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
  • Waste Transport / Removal / Handling / Treatment / Transport Trackable Waste to be listed
  • Must be issued by the relevant Australian State Government appointed organisation
  • International licence not accepted
  • Colour or Black & White copy allowed

Acceptable type/s of evidence:

  • Licence card (both sides) OR
  • Paper 'licence' or permit OR
  • Screenshot or website print-out from EPA website that shows the company has an 'issued' transport/ removal/ handling / treatment waste licence
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence
