The following evidence can be accepted:

    • Scodle competency report
    • SAP Extract
    • Certificate of Completion

Must show completion of RTIO Working at Heights Gap Training

Matching competency name, with or without code (if with checkbox, this should be completed)

Issue date = Date of Induction or Date of Attendance

Expiry date = 50 years from issue date


Site.Course.RTIO Issue Working at Heights Permit; 126015

First and last name must match applicant's name in Onsite.

Cards are accepted in lieu of certificate of attainment certificates providing they show the relevant unit of competency as well as all other necessary information relating to applicant details and RTO details.
