• Applicants name must match what is shown in the system (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
• Evidence will demonstrate accreditation as a surveyor
• Evidence will be issued by: Australian Institute of Marine Surveyors

• Issue Date: As displayed on the evidence
• Expiry Date: Not Required

• Applicants name to be shown on documentation
• Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)

• Evidence must be issued by an Australian Based Recognised Training Institution

• Actual copy of certificate / degree is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.
• Completion date or issue date must be displayed
• Course title and associated level to be listed on certificate to match the nominated coding and title within Onsite
  •  Spatial Information Services is acceptable
• Document / Certificate / Number

NOTE: Workers must upload an actual degree or diploma issued by a university or college demonstrating exactly which course has been completed

NOTE: Higher level qualifications can be used to satisfy lower level competency requirements EG Masters Degree evidence can be accepted for Bachelor Degree competency. Avetta verifiers click here for additional business rule information prior to verification of this competency

NOTE: Rio Tinto Iron Ore will accept Australia and New Zealand relevant trade and tertiary certificates.

Any other international trade/tertiary certificates will need to be recognised, please refer to VETASSESS (https://www.vetassess.com.au/), Trade Recognition Australia (TRA) (https://www.tradesrecognitionaustralia.gov.au/) or appropriate regulatory body for guidance.  

Evidence:

• Outcome letter from Vetassess (on Vetassess letterhead)
• Certificate from Australian Qualification Framework
• A letter from the Australian Government setting out the Australian-equivalent qualifications.

Completion date - if listed on certificate (this completion date is always used when displayed)

Issue date - If only an issue date is listed please enter this as the issue date
