- Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
- Certificate will demonstrate: NACE Certified Coating Inspector with either: Level 1 OR Level 2 OR Level 3 also listed
- NACE International Institue logo will be displayed on evidence
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Scanned document to be clearly legible
| - Issue Date: to be entered as date of training completion
- Expiry Date: as displayed on certificate.
If no expiry date then 3 years from issue date. |
