Competency	Competency Requirements	Upload Requirements
Additional Information Form	Must include inductee details that match the person in the system Please make sure that the additional information at the bottom is completed to say if assistance is required All documents supplied MUST be one document per page (multiple competencies are not to be uploaded on the 1 page)	Will be saved in the general tab
Statement of Competency	Must include inductee details that match the person in the system This can be the Pegasus Statement of Competency or on a company letter head Must state what the person will be doing at site Needs to be signed and verified by someone that oversees the work that the person will be doing. All documents supplied MUST be one document per page; multiple competencies are not to be uploaded on the 1 page	The SOC competency needs to be entered ‘up to a date’ and needs to be 2 years from the induction date
