Prequalification Approval Notification – Local Buying

• Business Name needs to match. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage

• We can accept ‘PTY LTD’ or ‘(Pty) Ltd’  in lieu of ‘Proprietary Limited’ when this is the only difference in the company name between what’s shown on company compliance paperwork verse what’s shown in onsite.

• Must be the BHP Mt Arthur Coal Prequalification Approval Form (please refer to the example document). This will be issued to you from BHP Mt Arthur Coal and you must save the email as a PDF and upload as authorisation to register in this pre-qualification process.

Quality Management Policy

• Official Certification, i.e. ISO
• OR
• Letter on Company letterhead
• Must be current.
• Signed by Senior manager
  A senior manager includes:
• CEO
• CFO
• Director
• Operations Manager
• Safety Manager
• Regional Manager

Issue date = as per policy (must be signed within validity period)

Expiry date = Not Required

Comply with Mt Arthur Coals Safety Management System
