Pest Control Licence - ACT	If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name Pest Control / Pest Management Licence to be listed Colour copy required Front and back required Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present Must be ACT issued licence	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
Pest Control Licence - NSW	If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system If a Company: No license is issued in a company Name for this state Pest Control / Pest Management Licence to be listed Colour copy required Front and back required Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present Must be NSW issued licence	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
Pest Control Licence - NT	If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name Pest Control / Pest Management Licence to be listed Colour copy required Front and back required Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present Must be NT issued licence	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
Pest Control Licence - QLD	If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system If a Company: No license is issued in a company Name for this state Pest Control / Pest Management Licence to be listed Colour copy required Front and back required Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present Must be QLD issued licence	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
Pest Control Licence - SA	If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name Pest Control / Pest Management Licence to be listed Colour copy required Front and back required Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present Must be SA issued licence	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
Pest Control Licence - TAS	If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name Pest Control / Pest Management Licence to be listed Colour copy required Front and back required Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present Must be TAS issued licence	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
Pest Control Licence - VIC	If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system If a Company: the name on Licence should match the person registered (A COMPANY ISSUED LICENCE IS NOT REQUIRED IN VIC) Pest Control / Pest Management Licence to be listed Colour copy required Front and back required Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present Must be VIC issued licence	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
