**competent fire safety practitioner means a person that is recognised to perform a specific function under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 (New South Wales). | - If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered
- If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
- If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
- Fire protection licence (with relevant class) to be listed
- Colour or Black & White copy allowed
- Front and back required
- Must be issued by the relevant NSW Government appointed organisation
- Must be a **competent fire safety practitioner in New South Wales.
- International Licence not accepted
