Safety.Course.Respiratory Fit Test
  • Applicants name to be shown on supplied evidence and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)
  • Evidence must state completion of Respiratory Fit Test
  • Must indicate pass
  • Acceptable training documentation should include the following:
    - Employee Name
    - Date
  • Issue Date = Date of test
  • Expiry Date = None
