| - Applicants name to be shown on document
- Applicants name on document must match cardholders registered name (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)
- Rail Industry Worker card OR Rail Safety Worker Card (issued by Pegasus) can be accepted.
- Card must be issued by Pegasus
- Card Expires 10 years from issue date on card
- Must be in colour
- Rail industry worker or Rail Safety Worker logo to be present

| Safety Certificate of Achievement. Rail Track Awareness (ARTC) | - A certificate of achievement issued by an ARTC authorised registered training organisation is to be uploaded for this competency, the first time, showing the relevant code.
ARTC authorised registered training organisations can be found on the ARTC website. | Please upload a copy of your certificate - Issue Date as the completion date on certificate
- A 2 year expiry date is required
