Confined Space Awareness

·         Applicants name shown on licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

·         Recognised Training Organisation name to be displayed on document

·         Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

NOTE: No unit code is required to be displayed on certificate

·         Certificate will show completion of confined space awareness

·         Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate

·         Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted

·         Must be clear and legible

·         Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate

·         No expiry date for this competency

Confined Space.Statement of Attainment.RIIWHS202 - Enter and work in confined spaces

·         Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

·         Statement of Attainment issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to be provided

·         RTO must include Unit of Competency in their scope

·         Unit of competency listed on certificate to match the nominated unit (RIIWHS202) within Onsite.  Superseded and equivalent Unit of Competencies are accepted, however must be verified in training.gov.au prior to accepting

·         RTO Name, National Provider Code / RTO Number & Logo and Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) logo to be displayed on document

·         Completion date or issue date must be displayed

·         Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate

·         Accepted evidence types:

o   Statement of Attainment (certificate or card)

o   Academic transcript – results must indicate completion / pass result.

·         Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted

·         Must be clear and legible

·         Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate

·         Expiry Date: 2 years from the date of issue

Confined Space.Statement of Attainment.PUASAR025 - Undertake confined space rescue

·         Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

·         Statement of Attainment issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to be provided

·         RTO must include Unit of Competency in their scope

·         Unit of competency listed on certificate to match the nominated unit (PUASAR025) within Onsite.  Superseded and equivalent Unit of Competencies are accepted, however must be verified in training.gov.au prior to accepting

·         RTO Name, National Provider Code / RTO Number & Logo and Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) logo to be displayed on document

·         Completion date or issue date must be displayed

·         Completion date or issue date must be displayed
