Traffic Management.Competency Card.Blue Card

• Applicants name to be displayed on the card
• Applicants name on card must match applicants name in system
• Role title on card will be 'Traffic Controller' OR TCR – Traffic Controller
• Blue background displayed on card
• Card must be issued by Roads and Maritime services and show the corresponding logo
• Only the front side of this card is required to be displayed in uploaded file
• Colour copy of this card is required

• The Issue date does not need to be recorded in Onsite
• The expiry date must be recorded in Onsite and must match the expiry date shown on the card

Traffic Management.Competency Card.Orange Card

• Applicants name to be displayed on the card
• Applicants name on card must match applicants name in system
• Role title on card will be 'Design & Inspect Traffic Control Plans'
• Card must be issued by Roads and Maritime services and show the corresponding logo
• Only the front side of this card is required to be displayed in uploaded file
• Colour copy of this card is required

• The Issue date does not need to be recorded in Onsite
• The expiry date must be recorded in Onsite and must match the expiry date shown on the card

• Applicants name to be displayed on the card
• Applicants name on card must match applicants name in system
• Role title on card will be 'Select/Modify Traffic Control Plans'
• Red spot may be shown on front of card but is not mandatory

  OR

• Card will be red in background colour

• Card must be issued by Roads and Maritime services and show the corresponding logo
• Only the front side of this card is required to be displayed in uploaded file
• Colour copy of this card is required

• The Issue date does not need to be recorded in Onsite
• The expiry date must be recorded in Onsite and must match the expiry date shown on the card

• Yellow spot may be shown on front of card but is not mandatory OR
  Card will be yellow in background colour
• Card must be issued by Roads and Maritime services and show the corresponding logo

• The Issue date does not need to be recorded in Onsite
• The expiry date must be recorded in Onsite and must match the expiry date shown on the card

• Please upload a Statement of Attainment or transcript.
• Please note; the certified document that has been issued by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO)** must meet the following requirements to be approved:
  • RTO Name to be displayed on document
  • Name of Applicant to be shown and to match registered applicants name
  • Units of competency code and name, date completed, and results to show completion
  • Authorised person name or title to be shown on document (does not necessarily need a signature)
  • Issuing organisation’s seal, corporate identifier, Unique watermark and / or document number
  • Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) Logo (For a Statement of Attainment only)
  • There is no expiry date on a Statement of Attainment or Transcript.
    **RTO registration must only have been current at the time of training completion / awarding the document

NOTE: Cards are accepted in lieu of statement of attainment certificates providing they show the relevant statement of attainment unit of competency as well as all other necessary information relating to applicant details and RTO details

• Document verifier to ensure the Issuer of this document is an RTO (or was an RTO at time of issue).

Completion date / Training Date - if listed on certificate (this date is always used when displayed)

Issue date - If only an issue date is listed please enter this as the issue date

Traffic Management.Statement of Attainment.RIIWHS302 - Implement Traffic Management Plan

• Please upload a Statement of Attainment or transcript.
• Please note; the certified document that has been issued by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO)** must meet the following requirements to be approved:

  • Name of Applicant to be shown and to match registered applicants name
