Gold Coast City Council Induction Card
  • Name on the card to match the registered person (Shortened version of name is accepted EG. Chris for Christopher)
  • Gold Coast Induction Card number to be displayed
  • Card must be signed by employee
  • Both front and back copy of card to be provided
  • Induction modules (listed on the reverse of the card) must include:
  • General Induction to Gold Coast Water
  • Induction to Itinerant and Construction Sites
  • Induction to Sewage Treatment Plants
There is an 18 month expiry for this document.

Site.Induction. Acciona GMR4 – Site Establishment & Delivery

This induction is hosted by Pegasus and is available through selection of a role in the Acciona portal. On successful completion, the competency will automatically be awarded to the worker.

ACCIONA will also be accepting certificates confirming completion of the GMR through Lendlease.

    • The applicants name shown on this evidence needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    • Stream 5 or higher (such as stream 4, stream 3, stream 2 or stream 1) to be listed as complete on evidence
    • Either black and white or colour copies or certification is accepted
    • A screenshot of the certificate CAN be accepted in lieu of a scanned copy
    • No expiry date is required to be recorded for this competency
