• Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• Accepted evidence will be either:
• A letter of authorisation to perform BESS and will indicate the applicant is hereby authorised to perform bridge engineering self-supervision under the terms of Clause 11.4 of the Overweight Permit Manual.
• A personal identification card
• Accepted evidence will be issued by NZ Transport Agency
• Copy must be clear and legible
• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date: Date of authorisation
• Expiry Date: 5 years from issue date

Class 1 Drivers Licence (up to 18 Ton tracks, under 30km on wheels)

·         Name on licence must match the applicants name in the system

·         If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

·         Must demonstrate class 1

·         Copy must be clear and legible

·         Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date: As shown on the evidence
• Expiry Date: As shown on the evidence

Class 2 Driver’s Licence

·         Name on licence must match the applicants name in the system

·         If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

·         Must demonstrate class 2

·         Copy must be clear and legible

·         Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date: As shown on the evidence
• Expiry Date: As shown on the evidence

Class 4 Driver’s Licence
