• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
• Drivers Licence (showing any Class) be uploaded
• Must be current / in date
• Must be issued by relevant state Government Authority From any state or territory in Australia
• Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
• Temporary Licence or Drivers Licence Payment Receipt issued from a Government Authority can be accepted for 30 days from date of issue.

Screenshot of digital drivers licence for NSW is now an accepted form of evidence providing the following information is displayed in the screenshot:

• Clear photo of the applicant
• Applicants first and last name
• Date of Birth
• Licence Number
• Expiry date
• Class/es

• Issue Date: Not required to be entered in Onsite
• Expiry Date: As it is displayed on Drivers Licence

Identity.-.Australian Passport

• Valid Australian passport AND Utilities bill (Which provides applicants residential address) to be uploaded
  
• Must be issued by relevant Government Authority
• Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

If no Utilities Bill is available Contracting Company to supply letter outlining the following

Must be on the contracting company’s letterhead and include:

• Company ABN
• Address and Contact Information
• Must state name of employee
• Residential Details for the employee
• Must be signed by one of the following types of contracting company representative:

          - Senior Manager

          - HSEC and Training Mentor
