Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence

Plastic Cards

  • Name on evidence must match the applicants name in the system
  • If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.
  • Accepted form of evidence is an Australian State or Territory Government issued Dangerous Goods Drivers licence
  • Must be Australian issued –international licences are not accepted
  • Only require front of licence as mandatory
  • Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

Digital Licence

  • A screen shot from worksafe website is accepted showing individuals’ name and licence number and expiry date. 

NOTE: Victoria no longer issues plastic cards; digital licences only. Licencing for Vic can be validated here: https://www.myworksafe.vic.gov.au/s/validate-worksafe-licence?_ga=2.133280969.6517892.1610580545-460227352.1582251359
