Licence.Work Activity.Electrical Refrigeration Air Conditioning

If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered

If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match the Partnership registered

If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered

If a Trust: Trust names are not shown on contractor company licences

  • Air-conditioning, Refrigeration & Electrical to be listed
  • Must be a Contractor Licence
  • Must be issued by State Government Authority
  • Duration as per licence
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Issue Date = to be recorded as today's date of processing if one is not shown on evidence

  • Expiry Date = to be Recorded as displayed on licence

Licence.Work Activity.Arc Tick

If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered

If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match the Partnership registered

If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered

  • Must be an Arc Tick Licence Certificate of Card
  • Must be issued by State Government Authority
  • Duration as per licence
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Issue Date = to be recorded as today's date of processing if one is not shown on evidence
  • Expiry Date = As per licence
