Building (ACT)

  • If Sole Trader:

The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system

  • If Partnership:

The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

  • If Company:

The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system

  • Must be a building contractor licence
  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo
  • Duration to be recorded indicated on licence
  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable
 
  • Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence
  • Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence

 

Building (NSW)

  • If Sole Trader:

The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system

  • If Partnership:

The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

  • If Company:

The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system

  • Must be a building contractor licence
  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (NSW Fair Trading)
  • Duration to be recorded indicated on licence
  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable
 
  • Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence
  • Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence

Building (NT)

  • If Sole Trader:

The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system

  • If Partnership:

The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

  • If Company:

The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system

  • Must be a building contractor licence
  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (NT Building Practitioners Board)
  • Duration to be recorded indicated on licence
  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable
 
  • Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence
  • Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence

 

Building (QLD)

  • If Sole Trader:

The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system

  • If Partnership:

The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

  • If Company:

The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system

  • Must be a building contractor licence
  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (QBCC - Queensland Building and Construction Commission)
  • Duration to be recorded indicated on licence
  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable
 
  • Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence
  • Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence

 

Building (SA)

  • If Sole Trader:

The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system

  • If Partnership:

The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

  • If Company:

The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system

  • Must be a building contractor licence
  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (SA Government)
  • Duration to be recorded indicated on licence
  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable

  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (TAS Department of Jutice)
  • Duration to be recorded indicated on licence
  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable
 
  • Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence
  • Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence

 

Building (VIC)

  • If Sole Trader:

The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system

  • If Partnership:

The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

  • If Company:

The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system

  • Must be a building contractor licence
  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (VBA - Victorian Building Association)
  • Duration to be recorded indicated on licence
  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable
 
  • Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence
  • Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence

 

Building (WA)

  • If Sole Trader:

The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system

  • If Partnership:

  • If Company:

  • Must be a building contractor licence
  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (WA Department of Commerce)
  • Duration to be recorded indicated on licence
  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptabl

Building - NZ

  • If Sole Trader:

The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system

  • If Partnership:

  • Must be a building contractor licence
  • Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (LBA – Licences Building Practitioners NZ)

  • Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable
