TAO Assessment of Competence
  • Applicants name shown on assessment must match the applicants registered name in Onsite 
  • Assessment must be completed on Gamuda or Laing O’Rourke letterhead/template with all sections completed
  • Document must state Technically Assured Organisation (TAO) Assessment or Record of Relevant Experience & Assessment
  • Role assessed must align to GEA task role applied to the applicant in Onsite
  • Assessment must state a ‘Competent’ outcome, with no conditions applied to the applicant’s role
  • Black and white or colour copies of document are accepted
  • Must be clear and legible

  • Date of completion to be recorded as approval/application date as listed on assessment
  • Expiry date to be recorded as 4 years from date of approval/application date

Tertiary Qualification Competency Waiver (Internal use only)
  • A competency waiver is accepted for Gamuda (or JV/Alliance) employees only
  • Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • Competency waiver must be completed on Gamuda form with all sections completed
  • Tertiary Qualification must be selected as part of declaration
  • Competency Waiver must only be uploaded by a Gamuda (or JV/Alliance) System Administrator
  • Applicants CV/Resume must be attached to the waiver document
  • The Tertiary Qualification Waiver must be signed either by:
    • Rebekah Pluijmers; or
    • Carly Allen
  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
  • Must be clear and legible
  • Date of completion to be recorded as authorisation date listed on Competency Waiver
  • No expiry date is required to be recorded
