AS/NZS 4801 Certificate
  • Business Name on certification to match the organisation registered. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.
  • Must be certificated AS/NZS 4801
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • JAS-ANZ stamp to be present on 4801- If a certificate is supplied that is a combined 4801 and 18001 there will be NO JAS-ANZ stamp present, this is acceptable. JAS-ANZ international accreditation equivalents (for example IAS, AIAS, UKAS, UAF, UAS etc) are also acceptable.


Previously, OHSAS 18001 could be accepted in lieu of AS/NZ 4801, however:

  • From March 12, 2018: ISO 45001 will start to be issued in lieu of OHSAS 18001.
  • From September 30, 2021: OHSAS 18001 will no longer be accepted - ISO 45001 MUST be supplied

  • From Jul 13, 2023: AS/NZS 4801 will no longer be accepted as certified organisations are required to migrate to ISO 45001:2018.

  • Issue Date = Date of original certification
  • Expiry Date = As listed on evidence


ISO 9001 Certificate
  • Business Name on certification to match the organisation registered. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.
  • Must be certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Issue Date = Date of original certification
  • Expiry Date = As listed on evidence

ISO 14001 Certificate
  • Business Name on Certification to match the organisation registered. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.
  • Must be certified ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Issue Date = Date of original certification
  • Expiry Date = As listed on evidence

ISO 45001 Certificate
  • Business Name on Certification to match the organisation registered. If it does not match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.
  • Must be certificated ISO 45001
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Issue Date = Date of original certification
  • Expiry Date = As listed on evidence
