- Issued by an RTO (Nationally recognised training logo) OR AS2214 accredited welding supervisor OR NATA accredited test facility
- AS1554 to be listed - weld test pieces qualified to a minimum standard of AS1554.1 Cl.4.12 for SP class welding processes for:
- 16mm plate sections
- Weld types of Butt, Fillet
- Weld positions of horizontal, vertical
- Weld processes of GMAW (gas metal arc welding), MMAW (manual metal arc welding), FCAW (flux cored arc welding)
- Black and White or Colour is acceptable
