Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Proof of Identity / Photo ID Check
  • Name on photo ID evidence must match the applicants name in the system
  • If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

NOTE: If the applicants name has been entered as a shortened name EG 'Ben' for 'Benjamin' OR there is a typo in either the applicants name or date of birth in the system entry for this application, Pegasus staff will update the name and / or DOB in the system to match what is displayed on the photo ID evidence

  • Examples of accepted forms of photo ID: Drivers Licence (Australian or International), High Risk Licence, Student Card, Photo Card, Passport (Australian or International)
  • Must be in colour
  • Must be clear photo

Screenshot of digital drivers licence for NSW is an accepted form of evidence providing the following information is displayed in the screenshot:

  • Clear photo of the applicant
  • Applicants first and last name
  • Date of Birth
  • Licence Number
  • Expiry date
  • Matching licence class must be displayed
  • Ensure Name and Date of Birth (DOB) entered within Onsite matches details displayed on upload form of photo ID
  • No Issue or Expiration dates are to be recorded within Onsite
