Mining.Certificate of Competency.ERZ Controller-Deputy (QLD)
  • Applicants name to be shown on the document
  • Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
  • Evidence must be a:
    • QLD Deputy’s Certificate of Competency; OR
    • Document issued by QLD Board of Examiners recognizing the worker is a holder of Deputy Certificate of Competency under Mutual Recognition Act
  • Issue date must be displayed
  • Document / Certificate / Number
  • Record the Issue date as listed on the evidence
  • No expiry
