Operator.Licence.Vehicle Loading Crane Licence (CV)

• Applicants name to be shown on document
  Applicants name on document must match cardholders registered name (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)
  Document upload for this competency must be high risk work licence (HRWL)
  HRWL must show completion of one of the following codes: CV
• An 'Assessment Summary' or 'Notice of Assessment' document showing the relevant coding may be accepted as an 'interim document' until the licence has been issued.
