Certificate.Certificate.NSW Supervisor Certificate (other State equivalents accepted)
  • Must be issued by relevent State Government appointed Authority e.g. Dept fo Fair Trading (or other equivilant from other State Government)
  • Name on certificate to match the person registered
  • Certificate of proficiency or trade to be listed e.g. Electrical

  • ‘Qualified Supervisor Certificate’ or the ‘Endorsed Contractor Licence’ may be accepted

  • Licence number must be displayed
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Expiry Date = As displayed on evidence
