Licence.Work Activity.Electrical Licence	If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered Registered Electrical Contractor to be listed Must be issued by a relevant Australian State Government Authority Duration as per licence Black & white or colour is acceptable Relevant Government Authority logo must be present NOTE: Proof of purchase can be accepted for a period of 2 months from the date when the document was uploaded	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
