| - Name on certificate to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Scanned document to be clearly legible
- Evidence shall be one of the following:
- AICIP Certified
- Must be issued by Australian Institute for the Certification of Inspection Personnel (AICIP)
- Must display the AICIP seal
- Must specify “In-Serviced Inspector of Pressure Equipment”
- Validity: 5 years

- API-510
- Must be issued by American Petroleum Institute (API)
- Must specify API-510 Pressure Vessel Inspector
- Validity: 15 years
- API570
- Must be issued by American Petroleum Institute (API)
- Must specify API-570 Piping Inspector
- Validity: 15 years
