Fire Safety Licence - ACT	If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name Fire protection licence (with relevant class) to be listed Colour copy required Only the front side of the licence is required to be included within the uploaded file Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation logo must be present Must be an ACT issued licence	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
Fire Safety Licence - NSW	If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name Fire protection licence (with relevant class) to be listed Colour copy required Only the front side of the licence is required to be included within the uploaded file Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation logo must be present Must be a NSW issued licence	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
