  • Issue date to be recorded
  • Duration = 2 years
  • Issue Date = Date of completion (Held on)
  • Expiry Date = Issue date + 2 years

Must be the Mount Pleasant Mechanical Appointment Letter – Version 1.0

OR the  Mount Pleasant Qualified Electrical Tradesperson Appointment Letter Version 3.0


  • Name of the worker, position, Company must be completed
  • The appointee section - must print name, signature and date
  • Position listed must match the role selected in the portal (a list of these roles can be found in the Mechanical Skills Matrix - version 8.2)

Please Note: Statutory signatures are not required for booking the induction

  • Any Trainee, or person that is in training and attending Mount Pleasant to undertake work, needs to be listed as a "Traders Assistant/Labourer" and their job role title is to include "Trainee".
