Kensing LLC - Individual Business Rules - Health and Safety

OSHA Certification

All workers performing work at Kensing LLC must provide proof of OSHA Certification Training.

Acceptable forms of training include:

• OSHA 10

• OSHA 30

• Three Rivers Manufacturers' Association Training

• Houston Safety Council Training

• Prairie State College Training
  
  

The documentation provided must include:

• The name of the worker - which must match the registered worker name on the system

• The training course(s) title(s)

• Course completion or expiry date date

• Issue date = course completion date

NOTE: If there is no issue date shown on the evidence but there is an expiry date displayed, Avetta processors can back-calculate 1 year from the expiry date and input this as the completion date.

The same process can be adopted even if only a MONTH and YEAR are displayed as the expiry.

Example: Card shows 6/2023 as expiry date

Date of completion in system can be calculated as 1 Jun 2022
