| Engineering.Certificate of Competency.AACMS Alstom Competency Assessment [Generic] | - The applicant's name on the document must match their registered name in the portal.
- Section 1: Must include the applicant, contractor company supervisor, and approver.
- Sections 2 & 3: Must be fully completed, with competencies and experience relevant to the selected role documented.
- A manager/SME from the engaging company must review the supporting documents and sign before submission to Alstom for approval.
- Section 5: Must be initialed by the worker.
Contractor Note: - Section 4: Requires three signatures (Contractor company supervisor/Manager/SME, Alstom Manager, and Alstom Training & Competency Manager) before uploading the document to the portal. If Alstom's signature is missing, the Contractor Admin must email the assessment to ANZ.Training@alstomgroup.com for approval.
