Engineering.Certificate.Practical hazardous areas for engineers and technicians

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
• Certificate is to display course completion of: Practical hazardous areas for engineers and technicians
• Certificate or Card showing competency title is accepted
• Must be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
• Black and white or coloured copy of evidence can be accepted

The date of completion on the evidence should be recorded as the Issue Date in Onsite

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
• Recognised Training Institution name to be displayed on document (or to be issued by State Government body)
• Actual copy of certificate / degree is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.
• Course title and associated level to be listed on certificate to match the nominated coding and title within Onsite
• Name and / or signature of issuer to be shown
• Document / Certificate / Number to be shown
• Completion date or issue date must be displayed
• No expiry
