  • The compliance plate must state that it is a compliance plate
  • Compliance plate must belong to the vehicle being registered
  • Compliance plate must contain: Manufacturer, VIN#, Date of Manufacture
  • Issue Date = Date of Manufacture
  • Expiry Date = None
