Performance Management

Performance Management is the process of evaluating and managing the performance of your workers to ensure that their behaviour and performance is consistent with your organisation’s objectives, and with the specific goals and standards of each worker in your organisation.

Supply evidence of how the organisation audits for WHS compliance, document examples include (but not limited to):

  • Documented workplace inspections and
  • Behavioural based safety observations that include a process for recording and closing out non-conformance actions.
