• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered - Contractor or Supervisor Licence can be accepted
• If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system - only Contractor Licence can be accepted
• If a Company: the name on  the licence should match the companies registered name - only Contractor Licence can be accepted

• Front and back required
• Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present
• All class will be accepted
• Must be ACT issued licence

NOTE:  Evidence of the licence renewal from the relevant State licence lookup and payment receipt (example doc provided). This needs to show

• Licence number,
• Name of Company
• Start and expiry date (needs to show that it is current)

This can be approved for a period of 60 days from the receipt date.
