  • Document outlining a persons competency in the role they will be performing on site including how long they have been with the company and how long they have performed that role in the industry
  • Should list equipment, tasks and tools to be used while on site
  • Should list nationally accredited training to be used for any high risk work to be done on site (e.g. working at heights, confined space, rigging, dogging etc)
Must include the following statement: <EMPLOYEE NAME> has been medically assessed and is currently fit to perform the work associated with this role for South32. <COMPANY NAME> will inform the Illawarra Coal representative of any change to <EMPLOYEE NAME’s> fitness to undertake this work.
    • Issue Date = Date verified
