The required evidence will be either:

  • NZQA Record of Achievement showing completion of the unit standard which is listed in the competency title*

OR 

  • Certificate or competency card issued from a NZQA accredited training organisation showing unit standard which is listed in the competency title*
          • Must state "unit standard achieved"
          • 'Unit standards aligned' is not acceptable 
    • Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
    • Date of unit standards achieved must be visible 
    • Copy must be clear and legible
    • Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
