Electrical.Licence.Electrical Licence - HV Cable Jointing

• Applicants name must be displayed on the licence as it is shown in the system
• Licence must be issued by an Australian State Government Authority such as: Queensland Government
• Licence must indicate that it relates to Unrestricted Electrical work and show an indication of Joining / Jointer
• Both sides (front and back) of the licence must be included within the uploaded file

• Licence must indicate that it relates to RESTRICTED Electrical work and show an indication of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• Both sides (front and back) of the licence must be included within the uploaded file

Note- Full electrical licence accepted if accompanied in the role with an ARC accreditation 

• Issue Date: Only enter this if there is one displayed on the licence
• Expiry Date: Enter this as it is shown on the licence

• Applicants name must be displayed on the licence as it is shown in the system
• Licence must be issued by an Australian State Government Authority such as: Queensland Government
• Licence must indicate that it relates to RESTRICTED Electrical work and show an indication of Instrumentation and Process Control Devices

Electrical.Licence.Trade Licence - Electrical

• Applicants name must be displayed on the licence as it is shown in the system
• Licence must be issued by an Australian State Government Authority such as: Queensland Government
• Licence will show that it is an Electrical Work Licence
• Licence must be unrestricted
• Both sides (front and back) of the licence must be included within the uploaded file
• Practitioner’s Licences issued by the Department of Justice are accepted.
• Practitioner’s Licences are not required to quote the type of trade and only the front is required

• Issue Date: Only enter this if there is one displayed on the licence
• Expiry Date: Enter this as it is shown on the licence

Electrical.Qualified.HV switching qualification

• Issue Date: Date of Course Completion
• Expiry Date: 2 years from the date of course completion

Electrical.Certificate IV.Hazardous Areas (EEHA)

Electrical Engineering.Bachelor Degree.Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical

• 1 page RTAY Validation of Electrical Tooling Form to be uploadedsupplied. A copy of form is downloadable from within supplier portal.

I agree to comply with the below sections of the Rio Tinto Yarwun REISWS-0875 & REI-SWS-0876 and understand I can only use Rio Tinto

Yarwun compliant multimeters and electrical tools while working on site. 

• Must include date of completion and signature

Excerpt from REI-SWS-0875 and Excerpt from REI-SWS-0876 will be displayed

Issue date = Date of completion

Expiry date = 5 years from issue date
