• Asbestos Removal (with relevant class A or B) to be listed

• Colour or black and white copy accepted

• Front and back of licence required

• Must be issued by Worksafe

• Issue Date = xStart Date (if listed), otherwise blank

• Expiry Date = xAs shown on licence
